Went in for an oil change plus the recommended 30k
maintenance, and on the way back home while driving on the highway noticed some loose plastic pieces on the dashboard. They turned out to be the glov

They turned out to be the glove box stopper screws that were probably left there by the mechanic after installing the air filter. Not happy to have learned that, apparently, they don’t check their work.

Had a major issue with steering wheel. Took the dealership 2 weeks to "fix" the problem without providing a courtesy car. In 2 days I had exactly the same issue with a car. Took another 2 weeks to fix the problem without providing a courtesy car. Got other problems with engine definitely related to the fixing of the steering wheel. This dealership might be good to perform a simple tasks (oil change, tire rotation) but definitely not for more complex assignments.
