Great customer sales service from Mr. Cef Zambrano I have bought very new or used cars over the course of my life (I am now retired) as I usually keep them and take care of them till the 'wheels fall o I have bought very new or used cars over the course of my life (I am now retired) as I usually keep them and take care of them till the 'wheels fall off". Anyway I was dreading buying a car. I decided on a late model Hyundai I saw on Car-Gurus. I came over and met with Cef and all my fears vanished as he was so nice, knowledgable, and just a great person. The process was smooth from test drive to the finance area.I drove my "new" Sonata home that afternoon and have shown it to several who inquired about the dealership. Very Smooth process. After our last purchase we had almost decided to try another brand, but decided to give Moritz Hurst a try. It was a wise decision. I will not go to another Kia dealership again. Our salesman Cef was excellent to deal with. The sales manager and finance guys both were the same. This was the easiest car buying transaction we’ve ever been through and we bought 2 cars. We love the product, but have had issues with the dealership experience and maintenance issues. I think we were probably at the wrong dealerships until now. I’d recommend giving Moritz Hurst a shot at earning your business. More
