First off. I paid the highest price in Kelly blue book for this truck. The on star doesn’t work and service department said cost 1400$. Also when I returned for oil change I want tire rotation When I got home and further inspection, the tires were not rotated because the brake dust on the front tires and none the back so still no rotation. I was there for an extremely long time when I asked the service man about my truck. He came back at first and said he could not find my truck overall for the cost of what I paid for this truck. I’ve been very disappointed and how I’ve been treated. More

Ok. I feel short changed on that’s on Star deal. I travel. Which is why I bought this nicer truck. I’m on back roads a lot. If I were to have an accident the on star could be the difference in saving my life. So you make this right I’ll change the star rating and feel better about this whole situation. Well it’s like I’ve stated. My on star doesn’t work. It’s a safety feature that I wanted when I bought this truck. Also when I came for oil change and tire rotation. The tires were not rotated. I feel as though with how much I spent to buy this truck these issues should be address and fixed.
