The sales rep Cedric showed integrity, was respectful, was not overbearing, and a reputable person and employee who I would recommend to anyone. The dealership offered a better extended warranty than was not overbearing, and a reputable person and employee who I would recommend to anyone. The dealership offered a better extended warranty than my last dealership experience a year ago. The finance person was good to work with and I would also recommend him as well, unfortunately at the moment I do not recall his name. The only "complaint" that I have is the unexpected or unknow extra fees that the dealership add to the cost. I thought I was getting one price based off cars.com but didn't notice the small print about the dealership fees not be included. And the second would be the extended warranty. Although they seem to offer a good warranty, I would recommend that they be upfront on the different options and their cost so that the customer can choose which option best suits them and their financial need, and to not lead the customer into thinking they have only one option. Overall, it was a good experience. This was my first interaction with them. More
