I recently brought my car in at 7:30 am after waiting 8 days with an appointment excited to finally get my car’s A/C fixed as it said in the letter that was sent to me by Honda. Service department tells me days with an appointment excited to finally get my car’s A/C fixed as it said in the letter that was sent to me by Honda. Service department tells me the letter I got is basically useless and sent to me for no reason. Even though the letter says my warranty has been extended because there is a recall. When I first called to place the appointment it seemed cut and dry like the part was ordered and the problem would be handled swiftly and I was really excited to finally get everything done today. Sadly I had to leave without getting anything done a week after waiting because it costs nearly 200 just to tell me whats wrong with my A/C. Which by the way diagnostics for non-computerized components when you know the problem already should not be nearly that much. I just am very frustrated with my experience. My mom and I both drive Honda’s and this is our nearest center. It was a great start on the phone, but I left the service department today very very disappointed. More
