My experience with my service advisor was overall okay. We did run into a few bumps along the way, and there were moments I felt things could have gone smoother. Customer service was extremely rude. She talked with bad tone. I was kind of unhappy with the way she did her customer service. I normally I’m happy with the rest of the team. This time I give 0/10. + also they try to sell me 2 filters for my car for more than $300.00 that was awful. I let her know those filters cost $30.00 in Amazon. I have been with Jeep for over 5 years and I got pretty disappointed about it. More
