We just spoke to a sales manager at the dealership who did nothing but point fingers at us and said it was our decision. Not trying to rectify anything that happened. Sad that this dealership chooses to conduct business in this manner.

Thanks again for your quick reply. My name is Terry Moore and I'm the Public Relations manager. I've been researching this review with our Service Director Neil and we're very concerned that any of our service advisers are misinforming any customer, especially a loyal customer such as you, that we charge a storage fee of $25 per day if the vehicle is not picked up. This is not our fee to start with, its' $35 a day and is only imposed after 7 days and sometime longer depending on the circumstance. We are deeply troubled that this was communicated to your mother. I just got off the phone with your Father and he filled me in on all the details from Sunday until your Mother called and Christie coming to pick it Monday afternoon. Your Father also informed me that the adviser stated there was a charge and how was it to be paid. Once again a very troubling comment because it was a recall no charge. My main question to you, that what be a big help, does Christie know who delivered the vehicle to her and does your Mother know who made the call? I would really appreciate any information you can provide. I really need to make sure that we're not telling any of our customers that we charge a storage fee for such a short period.
