Sent my truck in on Thursday to have serviced , tires rotated windows fixed and warranty repair. Made appointment based on being able to do this in one day. Scheduler put me on hold to make sure they cou rotated windows fixed and warranty repair. Made appointment based on being able to do this in one day. Scheduler put me on hold to make sure they could do it. Answer was they could. Got my truck back with 0 balance. They did not service or rotate tires. They said they did not have service scheduled. Your company texted me a week earlier and told me I needed to have the truck serviced. Anyway they had to come back on Tuesday the following week to take it to be serviced. Total inconvenience but treated like it was no big deal. No allowance giving, charged full price. Will continue to use your service department so the truck has consistent service records. More

Added junk fees to my new car order : $629 for Environmental Protection Package + $299 for nitrogen tires fill. Did not want to remove. Pretended that all sales have that, which is not correct as Environmental Protection Package + $299 for nitrogen tires fill. Did not want to remove. Pretended that all sales have that, which is not correct as I know someone who purchased a new car there a month earlier without those junk fees. Hopefully the FTC will crack down and they will be affected so this practice is stopped. Communication via email with Chris Barner was dry : no hello, no regards. Communication with Catherine Cole was much better, but she missed showing the bill of sale before the order was placed to Ford. More
