When I closed on the car, Temi made the process a breeze with the car prepped for delivery (with a full tank of gas!) and all of the paperwork ready to go ahead of time. Throughout the process, Temi kept us updated on timing for production, delivery and finally the arrival with emails and voicemails. We felt we were in great hands. In fact, we were so impressed, we referred our son to Temi. He purchased his own car from him after the great experience that he had. After many car purchases over the years at multiple dealerships, Temi was by far the best salesperson to work with. We noticed during our first visit with Temi, several returning service customers come to say hello to Temi. He recognized them by name. Clearly, we weren't the only satisfied customers! I did want to buy the Honda 2022 initially having had paint scraped off and scratched by the left taillight. Claudio and Catarino promised they’d have this taken care of and confirmed on October 30th wit paint scraped off and scratched by the left taillight. It was the best experience I have ever had buying a new are! Truly, Temi is wonderful to work with. Temi is the best, hands down, car salesperson my wife and myself have worked with during the last 54 years in buying vehicles. We recently spent over ten joyful hours in the course of three days while purchasing two cars with Temi. Seriously, who says that about buying a car? Professional, dedicated, efficient, knowledgeable, caring. . . the list of accolades could go on. But even more impressive, is the fact that Temi rates as one of the finest individuals we’ve been fortunate to have gotten to know over such a short period of time. Watching how greeters, custodians, co-sales personnel, technicians, finance staff, and management- everyone we witnessed Temi working with at Luther Honda Hopkins, to the person - interacted with Temi with a sense of camaraderie and respect .To my wife and myself, observing these interactions was a telling reflection in how Temi treats those in his sphere at work. Each individual as an equal, each person dependent upon each other to complete the job, and each person worthy and deserving respect and courtesy. It was not an act. How lucky were we to meet Temi. I have never looked forward to making a new car purchase decision because I always felt most dealerships were not always interested or respectful of my needs, rather a quick sale and meeting their monthly quotas. Luther Honda in Hopkins was a totally different experience. Their employees create a warm and welcoming environment. It was obvious that the employees at Luther Hopkins have an incredible workplace community. They find joy in their roles, laugh together, and support each other's success. This is reflective in the personal attention and commitment they give to their customers. They provide customers with the service they appreciate. Working with Temi was an incredible experience. He listened to us, worked tirelessly to figure out our exact needs for a vehicle, and made us feel like family from the moment we sat down at his desk.
