The entire experience was great. Jessi listened to what I was looking for, answered questions, was knowledgeable, wonderful personality- not pushy, overbearing, just calm and happy. She knows her stock. My finance person was quick and through. He was confident and well versed. Turns out he started out washing cars PT and worked his way up. This was the shortest time I’ve ever had to be at a dealers, and it was great, just a couple hours. Even when I was waiting ALL staff would check to see if I comfortable and ok. Everyone was very friendly. If you sit back and observe staff in any business, as well as listen to conversation, you learn a lot about the management philosophy, everyone here was happy and spoke well about each other even when they didn’t know they were watched. Working with Hopkins Honda was a real pleasure. Temi Fabunmi was my salesperson and he was fantastic. He had a wealth of knowledge and insight into the CRV Hybrid and was super patient as I took Temi Fabunmi was my salesperson and he was fantastic. He also worked really hard to close the deal by sourcing the specific trim and color I wanted well ahead of my initial expectation and, getting his trade-in team to move much higher on its initial low bid for my trade-in. When I closed on the car, Temi made the process a breeze with the car prepped for delivery (with a full tank of gas!) and all of the paperwork ready to go ahead of time. It was as simple as driving in with my old car, signing some documents and then driving out with the new car. If you are going to buy a car at Hopkins Honda, Temi’s your man! More

Throughout the process, Temi kept us updated on timing for production, delivery and finally the arrival with emails and voicemails. We felt we were in great hands. In fact, we were so impressed, we referred our son to Temi. He purchased his own car from him after the great experience that he had. After many car purchases over the years at multiple dealerships, Temi was by far the best salesperson to work with. We noticed during our first visit with Temi, several returning service customers come to say hello to Temi. He recognized them by name. Clearly, we weren't the only satisfied customers!
