This rating is primarily based on the outstanding level of customer service provided by Mr. Michael Morgan. He not only spent a considerable amount of time with us during the actual sale (late evening) he of customer service provided by Mr. Michael Morgan. He not only spent a considerable amount of time with us during the actual sale (late evening) he also spent over an hour and a half with my wife the next day going over ALL of the systems on the vehicle. His personal care and attention to detail in showing her how to actually use the car systems and its many functions made her feel "like an expert" (her words) when she left.
