I’ve been a customer of Kenny Ross South for over a decade. They do all my service and maintenance. Any issues I’ve had John Eberline addressed personally to my complete satisfaction. The service bar h decade. They do all my service and maintenance. Any issues I’ve had John Eberline addressed personally to my complete satisfaction. The service bar had already been set high when I sat down with Casandra Maier to finalize the deal Jeremy and I agreed upon. Both Jeremy and Casandra provided exceptional service. Casandra was warm and accommodating understanding my particular warranty needs and budget restrictions. The icing on the cake was Rocky, he sold me my first new car and he made a special trip over to say hello during the transaction. To say I was very satisfied with my experience would be an understatement. EXCELLENT DEALERSHIP. More

Difficult to deal with. I had to beg for someone to call me. Dealer wanted to text me everything and I wasn't even sure who I was speaking to since it was a generic number. I had to beg for someone to call me. Dealer wanted to text me everything and I wasn't even sure who I was speaking to since it was a generic number. Car was dirty when I picked it up. Interior didn't look like it was vacuumed. The car smelled like smoke and there was ash throughout the vehicle. I now have to pay out of pocket to have the car detailed to remove the smell and dirt. Finance manager could not confirm all the documents I needed for pick up. I was driving 5 hrs each way, and when I asked if we had all proper documentation, the response seemed purposely very open ended, "this should be everything we need". If a customer is driving to pick up their vehicle, a confident "Yes we have all the proper documents" would be reassuring. Dealing with pricing and trade in was the smoothest part of the purchase.
