Honestly, it was a nightmare buying my car from them. A nightmare. Would not ever recommend. Very pushy and makes you wait HOURS. I tried to leave and they kept being super pushy. The finance person would not listen when I repeatedly said no to gap insurance, and then he tried to manipulate me and say I was putting my mother in a bad spot if I didn’t and something went wrong. It was horrible and unprofessional. I’ve since realized my vehicle is uncomfortable to drive long distances, I’ve gone to several places to try and trade it in and they’ve said have ALL said that jim glover took advantage and put me in a situation when I’m at a deficit and they won’t be able to pay it off so I can trade. My car needed a new battery this week, and it was taken to get serviced. It took them over a day and a half to put a new battery in. When I went to drive away. All the emergency lights came back on. I left and took it to a trusted mechanic who said when they put the battery in; they didn’t clear any of the codes. I had to pay $85 dollars for my mechanic to check over it when Jim glover should have done that to begin with. Don’t not go here. If I could give back my car and cancel the loan I have for it now, and never deal with them again, I would. Absolutely nightmare. Do not recommend. More

JIM glover Chevrolet won't do what they promised and are paid to do. They sold me an extended warranty for 40,000 which should have been for 140,000 only ended up being 39,800 miles. We were delightfully surprised and impressed by the way they worked with us to make the transaction fluid. They treated us with respect and listened to our concerns and questions. Although we did not purchase the car, due to my findings that I have upcoming surgery, we will go back and will purchase a car when I am better. I give them 5 stars for attention, listening, meeting our needs, fulfilling simple requests and ultimately making the process smoother and easier for us. If you are seniors ask for Cass! More

We worked with Chris Red as our Salesman and Matt Mitchell, the Finance Director, to get the Traverse we wanted with the financing we asked for. They were both great to work with! Also, we got to cha Mitchell, the Finance Director, to get the Traverse we wanted with the financing we asked for. They were both great to work with!
