I have bought my last 4 Sentra's from Courtesy Nissan. This was the 1st time I worked with Cason Cooley as my Sales Executive. He provided GREAT service and a VERY POSITIVE new car buying experience. At first glance u will notice that he's rather young. However, he handled himself like a VERY SEASONED PROFESSIONAL that has been doing this for years. I was VERY IMPRESSED with his FULL knowledge of the product. Cason is quite personable and easy to communicate with. He listens to u and what your needs-wants are and then begins working to ENSURE he delivers on your request(s). I requested a couple of additional add-ons for the trunk of my vehicle that required ordering and installation. Cason kept me informed throughout the entire process letting me know of timelines and when I can expect the item(s) to be delivered. He stayed on top of things to ensure my requests were executed and fullfilled. I REALLY ENJOYED doing business with Cason Cooley and would DEFINITELY but another car from him when I'm ready to make another purchase. More

I was told Nissan would be notified of transaction. No draft for vehicle traded in but they did draft. Even I called Nissan, I was told they didn’t see a transaction or payoff. I was then told could take up to 6 weeks for sale to be noted. This means they might draft my account again for the month of November too. More

The dealership is only after the customer's money, not customer satisfaction, and they never honestly tell me about the car's problems.
