Got my car repaired after tire blowout, team did the analysis and dind not brought up overall accident damage mechanical or cosmetic. We drove 7 hours to pick up a new vehicle from a dealer highly recommended and the dealer changed the offer (by $3000) that was in writing (text and email) The Manager was very unprofessional, and treate highly recommended and the dealer changed the offer (by $3000) that was in writing (text and email) The Manager was very unprofessional, and treated us with no respect, it was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I had emails, text messages with all the information on what the deal was and the manager ignored everything and walked away while I was trying to show him the emails and text messages. The salesman was speechless and knew that I was right. The manager called me the next day and said I am sorry I didn’t know you drove that far to get this car that they even did a dealer trade that day for us. He just thought we were just randomly stopping in to check on trading a vehicle in. It should matter, treat everyone the same. If he wasn’t such a jerk and took the time to listen to the customer he would have known the story. This is the first review about a dealership that I have ever writing, and I feel bad that it’s so negative Be careful when dealing with this dealership, especially when it comes to certain managers. Hopefully others don’t waste a whole day and travel 7 hours like we did and get treated with no respect. More
