I brought my Equinox in for a routine maintenance. It was supposed to cost around $250. When the bill came in it was $470. I almost passed out...but Michael said that can't be right and researched. After I bought my truck from John Megel, my salesman, Ben Johnson, as promised helped me with getting my 1st oil change. Ben made it really easy for me and set up everything. I had this dealership check my alignment and was told it was needed, I asked them to proceed with the work. When my son picked up the car they charged him for the alignment and told him that they could not was needed, I asked them to proceed with the work. When my son picked up the car they charged him for the alignment and told him that they could not get it completely in spec and that he should take it someone else to have it finished because they could not do the work needed. It does not make sense for them to charge for work that they did not complete. I am very disappointed and will be taken action to get this resolved. BUYER BEWARE. More

Clueless I brought my van in because my passlock system shut my fuel injection off. I was told to have it towed to them and I did. The van spent another week at the dealership and then I was told nothing was wrong with it again .I drove it home and the next day it wouldn't start, so I called. I was told to have it towed to them GMC dealer wth. Tomorrow I guess I will take it to Jim Hardman . More
