Casey was extremely helpful in getting a deal on a Buick Envision I could live with. He sat with me in the car multiple times teaching me the multitude of computer settings. The only negative experience has nothing to do with the dealership but with Buick. The car only came with a minimal printed owners manual. You were expected to download it to your phone. I personally like a paper book to refer to with an index and pages I can earmark. They are available to order from Buick for a hefty cost of $50.00 with a $30 shipping and handling fee!! When I decided to bite the bullet and order one, they were out of stock!. I highly recommend Reviard dealership but I would include a complete paper manual in the deal next time. More

Hands-down this dealership truly believes in honesty, upfront on all cost, and prices, transparent on the entire transaction from beginning to end. I highly recommend before you buy a vehicle go to Rivard and you’ll see how many thousands and thousands of dollars we have saved on vehicles new and used. I’m on my second Buick encore GX and I will tell you I will be a long time Buick owner. My friends and family and coworkers all standby their Buick and GMC’s. They have purchased new and used and all state the same thing. Nobody in the entire state of Florida does such a good job and make it so easy and simple to purchase a vehicle. I can’t say enough good things about how wonderful they really make the Entire sales purchase so easy. More
