its sad to say that if your ford need works go elsewhere. Changed sales people 3 times, final guy very good so far (Cary Wentz). Finance guy rude during paperwork when we didn't buy maintenance and warranty plans. Sales manager (Kevin) said during factory order "h (Cary Wentz). Finance guy rude during paperwork when we didn't buy maintenance and warranty plans. Sales manager (Kevin) said during factory order "he'll get what he gets" in response to salesman (Eric) asking about what tires come with the truck from factory on my behalf. Customer spending $70k is not highly valued at this dealership. More
