I had previously leased an HRV from Garcia Honda, and now I am currently leasing a Civic from them as well..A few days ago, I went into the Dealership after work, and I spoke with Cary Carr, and while he was I am currently leasing a Civic from them as well..A few days ago, I went into the Dealership after work, and I spoke with Cary Carr, and while he was somewhat helpful, both him and Mike(Manager) completely ignored me after I left.. Mike was supposed to get back with me the next day regarding getting me into a 2023 Civic, but I literally heard Crickets…I then emailed Cary Carr to follow up twice, and got crickets there as well…Extremely disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!! More

The sales manager worked with us very reasonably and we appreciate the fair treatment and the willingness to meet our needs. Alyce was professional and pleasant to deal with. The service dept had the floor mats we wanted on the day we picked up the car. It was a pleasant experience. When it comes time to get another car we will definitely consider Garcia Honda first ! I do wish I would’ve considered getting the EXL FWD as an option instead of the EX AWD, which are close in price. The EX doesn’t have some of the features I was used to in my previous car like the garage door opener, but I do love the car! Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and I’m excited to own a Honda! More
