They lost a sale! Went to this dealership to buy a car. Sales guy was very nice. Since I wasn't understanding the math, he brought over his sales manager. OMG, what Went to this dealership to buy a car. Sales guy was very nice. Since I wasn't understanding the math, he brought over his sales manager. OMG, what a disaster from that point on. Window etching, trying to charge tax on MSRP, not negotiated price, etc. He was very unpleasant to deal with. So, I left, and bought the SAME car from another dealership that treated me respectfully. Their loss. Buyer beware. As they say, 'the devil is in the details' ... make sure to review the numbers before you sign, and if you have any questions, be prepared to get berated. More
