Carrien was upfront, honest, and refreshingly not pushy—definitely not your typical car salesman. After we finalized the paperwork, we pointed out a few issues we hadn’t noticed. We were a bit concerned and kicked ourselves for not noticing beforehand, but he promised to make them right. True to his word, he replaced the windshield and took care of some paint chips without hesitation. The entire process felt smooth and transparent. We really appreciate the integrity and follow-through. Highly recommend Wells Auto Group—and definitely ask for Carrien! More
