The service department was "OUTSTANDING". I was in the show room with a sales person James standing 5 feet away while I was looking at a car and he NEVER said a word to me. Is this because I was a black woman and maybe did not look like I could afford a new car or was I not dressed right? I do not know but once I talked to them and they gave me their answer as to why nobody spoke to me pretty much told me everything I needed to know about this dealership when it comes to buying a new car. I was told by Levi that I would get a free oil change if I filled out the surveys from buying the car. Well, that didn't happen and left there paying $100.00 for oil change and rotation of tires. The dealership is always nice and clean. Staff friendly and professional. The engine light was on no mention of it and I was prepared to get windshield wiper but no mention of it for the i Staff friendly and professional.
