After wasting nearly 5 hours "calling around" for questions that should have been known to the staff in the building, the sales manager lied to me about the price of the vehicle stating that the lease rebate would be applied to the MSRP of the vehicle. Nonetheless, it was only down hill from there, the finance team repeatedly ignored my demands to remove all optional add-ons and the sales manager claimed my request would result in a discrimination lawsuit against him, which is simply incorrect. After childishly storming off multiple times while his finance team attempted to coerce me into buying optional add-ons by staring me down in silence the sales manager conceded that my demands were not impossible to satisfy as he had claimed. All in all, the atmosphere at Halley Automall is wholly unprofessional. If you enjoy the feeling of being in an interrogation room while trying to buy a car consider Haley Automall your best option, otherwise find a dealership who knows anything about the vehicles they are selling and cares at all about their customers.
