Ms. Carol always goes above and beyond to make sure everything gets well taken care of, she always makes sure to explain every situation with me so its understood what is going on, she is straight forward and is always smiling and has a positive attitude. When you see her behind the service counter you are guaranteed to have a great experience, If there is ever a reason that something seems to be a challenge you can bet Ms. Carol will find a way to beat that challenge and make it happen!!
