Mr. Pollare, You posting that we forged your signature is simply not true. You signed and paid for the work done to your vehicle the night you picked it up and had no issues. Two days later you called in having an issue with being charged for an item that you believed was covered under warranty (even though it wasn't) and we refunded it to you as a sign of good faith. Then another two days later you took issue with having been charged for anything at all even though you knowingly agreed to the services and their prices before they were performed. Upon your request, I provided copies of the signed documents going over all the charges including the shop supply charge which we disclose very transparently. You admitted on our recorded phone call that you reviewed the documents and that was in fact your signature on two separate lines. After stating this and being asked what you are trying to accomplish, you then back-pedaled and stated that it was not your signature on second thought. This immediate contradiction over something so easily identifiable as a signature was concerning and revealed your intentions. Posting online that we "committed fraud" is a blatant lie, unprofessional, and inflammatory. My staff and I were very professional, courteous, and generous with you; however, it seems no good deed goes unpunished. -Thomas Maierhoffer

Conveniently, this dealership had no video evidence of a signature. All I requested, was the 65 I paid for waste removal. I agreed to paying for an alignment of 194 because I had agreed to such prices via a text message. Therefore, this dealership continues to lie because they had no video evidence proving that the signature was mine and cannot provide any real concrete evidence proving it. They also refused to refund, the fee of $65 which would have been a sign of real good faith. This dealership is extremely shady in their practices if they cannot provide camera footage of actual events happening. Very unprofessional and the staff here stand behind their LACK OF PROOF. Additionally, I had to call at 5 PM to see where my car was even though it had been finished at 11. No one bothered to call and let me know that the car was complete. It’s like everyone that works here is new on the job and do not know the proper ways to deal with customers.
