Completely satisfied. Took my 2019 F250 in for an oil change and tire rotation. Since I arrived without an appointment, I expected to have to wait awhile. My Service A Took my 2019 F250 in for an oil change and tire rotation. Since I arrived without an appointment, I expected to have to wait awhile. My Service Adviser, Danielle, got my truck in right away and I was back on the road in 1 hour. Very happy with level of customer service that I received. More

Zero reliability for 2 years I've tried to get a wheel lock key for my ford that I bought from Rountree/moore every service , breakdown and tow , oil change they would for 2 years I've tried to get a wheel lock key for my ford that I bought from Rountree/moore every service , breakdown and tow , oil change they would tell me we are working on it but they had a key in tire center . I moved out of area and tried to get tires ford techs were unable to get tires off car tried several times to contact dealership left messages with parts department never a phone call back , spoke to dealership manager said he would work on it never called back.... More
