when i came into kia, i was in shambles. my previous kia was broken into multiple times, a Soul 2013. I was going in for repairs on it but then i ran into Carlton who really helped me get in my previous kia was broken into multiple times, a Soul 2013. I was going in for repairs on it but then i ran into Carlton who really helped me get into a kia K42025, and it was a delight to have someone look out for me like a friend as opposed to a typical car salesman. the sales manager Garfield Simpson was also great in assisting me alongside Carlton. i will continue to do buisness with Kia Hollywood. thank you More

Carlton was the best salesman I’ve ever had Carlton made sure to explain everything to me in detail, he made sure that I was comfortable with my payments, he helped me to pick out my Kia K4 that I LOVE so m sure to explain everything to me in detail, he made sure that I was comfortable with my payments, he helped me to pick out my Kia K4 that I LOVE so much! He reassured me that he had my back in this process and he didn’t take advantage of me at all like other salesmen have in the past. He didn’t make any promises and was very authentic and transparent from the beginning. He was very patient and made sure I understood how to work the new features on my car. I was treated like family. The sales manager was awesome as well but Carlton was the freaking best! I will be referring my family and friends to him. I would love to send him and the sales manager a thank you! More

Carlton was the best car salesman a person could ever ask for! He explained everything to me. He didnt pressure me into anything and he definitely made sure I was good with my purchase. When you schedule an appointment for your car to be seen it’s never on time. You have to sit there for hours. I just bought my car in 2023 and it’s already having a lot of issues. When I bring it in to be l it’s never on time. You have to sit there for hours. I just bought my car in 2023 and it’s already having a lot of issues. When I bring it in to be looked at they’re always telling me that it’s outside of my warranty (which I bought into every warranty I could possibly put on my car). They’re always trying to get money out of you to fix a BRAND NEW car. When I’ve asked the finance department to give me a brochure of what it is exactly that I bought into with the warranties they say they don’t have any brochures. It’s all a scam! This is my first and last Kia purchase. I love my car but I don’t like the dealership. They do not back up their customers. If I just bought this car less than two years ago there should be a lot trying to help me rectify the issues of the car rather than each visit trying to make me pay for the faulty parts of the car. More
