I waited 1 hour just to speak to an advisor and I had a 7:30 appointment. Absolutely ridiculous. From there it was another hour and a half to wait as they let others with later appointments go ahead. Carlton was very good, not pushy, gave me the time and space to think about the purchase. Now, the financing department tried to push me to buy warranties, and worst than that, they add a warranty to my c space to think about the purchase. They then took it out and gave more money under a loyalty program that they didn’t give me before. Very sneaky. They try to keep your eye on the monthly payment. Don’t do that mistake.
