When you schedule an appointment for your car to be seen it’s never on time. You have to sit there for hours. I just bought my car in 2023 and it’s already having a lot of issues. When I bring it in to be l it’s never on time. You have to sit there for hours. I just bought my car in 2023 and it’s already having a lot of issues. When I bring it in to be looked at they’re always telling me that it’s outside of my warranty (which I bought into every warranty I could possibly put on my car). They’re always trying to get money out of you to fix a BRAND NEW car. When I’ve asked the finance department to give me a brochure of what it is exactly that I bought into with the warranties they say they don’t have any brochures. It’s all a scam! This is my first and last Kia purchase. I love my car but I don’t like the dealership. They do not back up their customers. If I just bought this car less than two years ago there should be a lot trying to help me rectify the issues of the car rather than each visit trying to make me pay for the faulty parts of the car. More

Garfield was a great salesmen and I was able to drive out with a brand new 2025 Kia in a couple of hours. Carlton was great help to transition from my old car to new car and went over all of the features and with a brand new 2025 Kia in a couple of hours.
