Everyone that I dealt with was very pleasant, although I had one request in my offer to purchase the vehicle that I bought. That request was to detail the vehicle inside and out. The van was used and had had one request in my offer to purchase the vehicle that I bought. That request was to detail the vehicle inside and out. The van was used and had many miles on it. Kept it in the back for three hours so I thought they were doing a good job. I took them at their word as to them doing a good job. When I returned home the next morning I went to look the van over, the areas where I asked to be detailed was still in the same condition as it was when I found them to be dirty. I must say I will have reservations before I refer anyone to this dealership. I feel I was misled. Very disappointed. More
