Don’t ever buy a used car at this dealer, crooks. Sold me a slightly used car and assured me they had inspected it, and it was safe. Carlos is the rudest salesman I've ever dealt with in my life, he had zero interest in helping me and acted very smug and condescending. I would ask questions about features of the car, he seemed irritated life, he had zero interest in helping me and acted very smug and condescending. I would ask questions about features of the car, he seemed irritated with the questions and barely provided any helpful response. When the test drive was over Carlos told me to put the car back exactly where I found it, he didn't offer to let me park it in front of the dealership like every other car salesman accommodates anywhere else I've ever been. Carlos told me to go inside and find a table while he parked the car, he took a good 15 minutes to get back into the building to go over numbers with me. When I asked Carlos for a paper breakdown of the numbers he acted irritated with the request as he thought it was good enough to talk numbers verbally. I asked Carlos to talk to the manager about a better price, he refused to speak with his manager and started getting snippy with me regarding the price. He also mis-quoted me a kellyblue book value during the conversation. I see that Carlos has negative reviews going back over 2 years, I wonder why this dealership allows him to ruin their reputation? If you must buy from Olathe Toyota, avoid Carlos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

He is rudest sales associate I have ever met. I went to the dealership to buy a new Toyota Sienna and Trade in my old vehicle the moment I entered the parking lot I saw him standing outside the b I went to the dealership to buy a new Toyota Sienna and Trade in my old vehicle the moment I entered the parking lot I saw him standing outside the building I thought he is there to greet the customers when I stepped out of my car and moving towards the entrance he started staring at me and giving this condescending look i ignored and tried to enter the building but he stopped me outside and started asking all sort of questions, I thought maybe its a part of new process they are following so I went with the flow I told him about my visit and he was like there is a waiting of 9 months for the new car then I asked him If he can check my car to give a trade in value he said he wont check the vehicle unless I sell it that day again I have requested him to give a rough estimate he asked a couple of questions about the vehicle and asked me how my I am expecting for the vehicle I said I have no idea and requested him to give a ball park estimate he got mad at me and said he cannot give an estimate with out know my expectations, I was like this is your job help the customer not scrutinize them. Anyway I have complained about him to his Managers who were friendly and supportive. but the other sales associates who were friends of his waited out side like a mob and started laughing at me on my way out. I felt humiliated and though maybe its because of my race they acted like this. More

My husband and I had one of our best dealership experiences at Olathe Toyota. Mostly due to the wonderful salesman, Carlos. He was very patient with us on our first trip to the dealership when we h experiences at Olathe Toyota. Mostly due to the wonderful salesman, Carlos. He was very patient with us on our first trip to the dealership when we had our 8 month old daughter in tow who cried almost the whole time during our test drive. We also tested our various car seats and strollers to gauge how the car would grow with our family. Carlos was helpful at answering all of our questions. We appreciated how this dealership was open on Sunday’s- we were able to come back and close the deal sans child without having to rearrange work schedules, etc. More
