We visited Jessup several times over the past few months while considering the Trailblazer, Hummer, and Denali. Initially, we were put off by a sales rep we encountered in December, whose approach felt more like a negotiation game than a genuine effort to find a fair deal. We had to bring in competing offers from other dealerships just to get a price match—leaving us questioning why we’d work with a dealership that wasn’t upfront from the start. That all changed when we connected with Daniel Conner. Coming from a sales background myself, I understand the balance between profitability and customer care, and Daniel truly struck that balance. He was professional, responsive at all hours, and never pushy. Instead of feeling pressured, we felt valued and respected throughout the process.
