Dealership was ok. Dealership building and lot were underwhelming for a Toyota dealership. Don’t really like service department being so remote from dealership. When offered a “water” on a hot day, someone showed up with two cups of water. Somewhat non-impressive, and certainly less sanitary than a sealed bottle of water. The buying process was ok, its never fun to part with a large sum of money and have the dealership nickel and dime you on trade-in and interest rates makes it worse. More
