Exceptional Car-Buying Experience at Buick GMC Brooksville I recently purchased a 2016 Toyota Sequoia Platinum from Buick GMC Brooksville, and I can honestly say this was the best car-buying ex Brooksville I recently purchased a 2016 Toyota Sequoia Platinum from Buick GMC Brooksville, and I can honestly say this was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. From the start, Caroline in Internet Sales was incredibly responsive and made sure I had all the information I needed. She got the ball rolling quickly and efficiently. Bryan, the Sales Manager, followed up with me shortly afterward and answered most of my questions over the phone. What stood out to me was how willing he was to text back and forth, which I truly appreciated since I like to have everything in writing for reference. He even communicated through text for about a week, and I always received almost immediate responses. Kacey, another team member, was also fantastic—knowledgeable about the vehicle and the car-buying process. I know I can be a bit demanding with some of my requests, but both Bryan and Kacey were gracious and patient, taking the extra time to accommodate me. I never once felt rushed or ignored. The SUV was so incredible, and the deal was too good to pass up. I also love how their inventory website is set up—it’s easy to navigate and includes all the information I needed, including a free CARFAX for every vehicle. I ended up driving a 5-hour round trip just to work with this specific dealership because of the excellent service and transparency I had experienced over the phone. When I arrived, the receptionist greeted me and promptly introduced me to my salesperson, Carlos Rivera. Honestly, I was a bit nervous because I’ve had so many bad experiences at other dealerships, but as soon as I met Carlos, it felt like meeting an old friend. He greeted me with a smile and a handshake, which immediately put me at ease. The Sequoia was already pulled up and ready for a test drive. I had the chance to walk around it and check it out thoroughly—there were no hidden issues, and everything was exactly as described on the website. Carlos was right there to assist without any pressure, which was a huge relief. During the test drive, he walked me through the entire system to ensure everything was working properly. By the time we returned to the dealership, I was sold on the Sequoia. At that point, my happiness hinged on whether Carlos could get the numbers to work within my budget. Thanks to the amazing service I’d received over the phone, most of the paperwork and quote had already been taken care of, and all that was left was finalizing the deal and driving my new SUV home. The final step was to meet with the financial officer, Mr. Abrahams, to complete the sale. Again, there were no hidden fees or surprises. In fact, I was able to secure a better interest rate than what was initially quoted! Mr. Abrahams respected my budget and educated me on all the great packages they offer, but never once pressured me into getting anything I didn’t want or need. I never thought I would meet honest salespeople, but I ended up meeting—and becoming part of—a dealership full of them. The entire experience was seamless, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend Buick GMC Brooksville to anyone in the market for a vehicle. If you want transparency, great customer service, and a stress-free car-buying experience, this is the place to go.
