Randy, the salesman, who worked with us during the test drive and closing, is a great credit to Freehold Subaru. He is the kind of salesman we like the most. Listened to our questions and concerns, provided all the information we requested, followed up, but never got pushy. He is genuinely good person. Carlos, the sales manager, is a great leader and friendly. His department is well run. He is very professional, stands by his word. David, the finance manager, handled the paperwork with great, humor, patience, and knowledge. We had also a very good discussion with Greg, the service manager, about spare wheel options. In summary, we experienced a flawless, trustworthy dealing, and closed the purchase the same day as the test drive. We highly recommend Freehold Subaru. I had a really positive experience with freehold. After leaving Lakewood pinebelt Subaru I was so angry and upset. At Lakewood I was rushed, lied to my face, misled and tricked. At freehold though I had a completely opposite experience. No bait and switch or xx to deal with like at Lakewood. I did not feel rushed or pressured or strong armed. Not overpriced or fluffed with xxxxxxxx add ons and really good people. 10/10 I will return for my next vehicle. Thanks to Eugene and Tyler for their patience and helping me navigate my car buying experience and helping me chose a car I am thrilled to drive and comfortable payments. I hope to have a similar experience when I return for my next car and when I am buying a car for my son. Edit* they gave me a fair offer on my trade in and I commend them for that. Lakewood pinebelt offered me 500. I had a 3k offer from car max and matching offer from freehold without them knowing of my previous appraisals. Again I am very pleased with freehold Subaru. More
