Mr. Carlos and Miss Shae are the DYNAMIC DUO. Though a five-time Toyota owner, I explored Bondy's SPECIFICALLY, upon advice of a very satisfied customer and fellow physician. I turned 81 and needed to tr five-time Toyota owner, I explored Bondy's SPECIFICALLY, upon advice of a very satisfied customer and fellow physician. I turned 81 and needed to trade my beloved Highlander for a pickup truck to better meet my "retirement" outdoor recreational needs - mainly Kayak transport. I walked in, was led immediately by Shae to talk with Mr. Carlos, himself. He listened attentively to my wants and needs, had in mind a crew cab Nissan Frontier, took me for a drive in it, and within two hours, paperwork was completed, and my new ride and I were headed home. Precious Shae even transferred a load of "stuff" from my old car/"home office" to the truck and removed license plates. Mr. Carlos called this morning to see if all were fine! YES! This is OLD SCHOOL SERVICE AND WORK ETHIC, refreshingly alive in 2024. Easy to see why he has loyal return customers (who become Friends.) More
