This Patrick fella took care of my issue and to me went beyond the standards of Lexus. I tried to give him a cash tip. He politely turned it down. However I feel this man should be awarded and rewarded for beyond the standards of Lexus. I tried to give him a cash tip. He politely turned it down. However I feel this man should be awarded and rewarded for his ability and respect and efforts. I hope your company emphasizes this to all employees. Please, this family man is entitled to a bonus of 500 or more dollars. Had he accepted my tip. It was $1,000.00, just because he did the right thing in this situation.
