Been using Sutherlin Nissan service for 10 years. This was by far the worst experience of any service center I’ve ever experienced. Had a 10am appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Was told i This was by far the worst experience of any service center I’ve ever experienced. Had a 10am appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Was told it’d be an hour and a half to two hours. No problem. At the hour and a half point I got up to check out the new Armada. Been considering this purchase for a while. I spotted my Armada parked against the north fence. I went in to ask my service manager if my vehicle was finished. Now I’m pushing 2 hours at this dealership. I was told nothing had been done yet. I requested my keys and left. I will never set foot in this dealership again. Imagine that, to completely forget about a loyal customers vehicle? Unbelievable! More

I’ve been with you for over 15 years and I’ve never had a service as bad as this. The oil change was fine, but Carlos the service advisor doesn’t know his job and was very rude when he told me that he wasn’t service as bad as this. The oil change was fine, but Carlos the service advisor doesn’t know his job and was very rude when he told me that he wasn’t a fortune teller to know my name. I made my appointment online, and when was my turn, I told him I had a service at 12:15 and I was early about an hour. He said they were busy. I asked how long the service would take and he said one hour and a half to two hours. I was fine with that. I even asked about your shuttle service and he told me that it wasn’t available on Saturdays. I left the counter and went to check on cars inside the dealership it was raining. I forgot to leave him the key, but he didn’t ask for it either. According to him, he told me to wait a moment and he was looking for me for the key. I told him he has my phone number in the system and call me so he wouldn’t waste time looking for me. A guy found us and I gave him the key. I told him he was rude to answer me like that. He also wanted to charge me the full price of the oil change service. I made the appointment online through the online coupon. He said I have to show him the coupon mail paper. I showed him the screenshot I took when I made the appointment. I’m glad I did it. At the end I think even with the coupon he charge me more. More
