It took over 3 hours for my car to be returned back to me for an oil change I waited for. The video stated I was going to get a quote for rear brake replacements; but never got one. Too late now, since I ord for an oil change I waited for. The video stated I was going to get a quote for rear brake replacements; but never got one. Too late now, since I ordered new tires. I met with the loyalty department as I was interested in a used vehicle, and they told me they were going to get back with me with a “deal”, but didn’t get any. Not very positive when your dealership doesn’t follow up when they say they will. More
