Carlos Masso

With over 22 years of experience in the automotive industry, Carlos Masso has developed a well-rounded expertise across multiple facets of the business. He began his career in the Internet department, quickly progressing to the sales floor, where he honed his skills in customer service and sales. Over the years, Carlos has held key roles, including Finance Manager, New Car Manager, and Used Car Manager, giving him a comprehensive understanding of both the sales and financial sides of the industry. A native of Pompano Beach, Florida, Carlos is deeply connected to his roots. He grew up with one brother and two sisters and is now a proud father to two Shih Tzus, Gizmo and Apollo. Outside of work, Carlos enjoys snorkeling and is an avid enthusiast of classic cars, with the Buick Grand National holding a special place as his favorite.
