Valoo, the Internet Manager, was upfront, hardworking, and truly cared about finding the right fit for me. Carlos Lopez, the Floor Manager, checked in without pressure — just to ensure all my questions were answered. Sunil in service went above and beyond after the sale to help me get a key programmed — something most dealers wouldn't even entertain once the paperwork is signed. And John Harmond, the General Sales Manager, was so transparent and easy to work with that the entire purchase felt smooth, clear, and even enjoyable. I visited several dealerships, including Cadillac stores, and none showed this level of professionalism or effort. These folks took the time to understand the product and earn my business the right way — through integrity and real work ethic. It’s not often I write reviews like this, but this team deserves it.
