I started my journey on leasing a 2025 Lexus RX 350 AWD with Troy who replied to my email requesting a lease price on the 2025 RX 350 with several premium plus features included . Troy included a window sticker attachment of the car which included the premium plus options I was looking for and the exterior and interior colors I requested. He included the monthly payment and leasing term as well. When I contacted Troy to find out some further details he told me he would have Felix contact me who had more knowledge on the information I was requesting. Felix contacted me and I asked what the up front payment was and how more would the lease be if I added a running board. Felix obtained the new lease price with my addition added to it and we negotiated a price to lease the vehicle. I picked the car up 4 days later as they had to order and install the running board. From start to finish I had a wonderful experience with both Troy and Felix. Picking up the car was also a wonderful experience with no hitches.; I would truly recommend Troy and Felix if anyone wants to lease a car from Lexus of Brooklyn and my next lease will definitely be with Troy and Felix. More

After checking the website, I found a pre owned Lexus that I was really interested in and left a message on a Friday evening to check about availability. The sales person responded early Saturday mornin that I was really interested in and left a message on a Friday evening to check about availability. The sales person responded early Saturday morning that he would be getting back to me that day about the car. I was ready to put a deposit on the car and then travel from Philadelphia on Monday to see the car. I heard nothing until the next Tuesday afternoon saying that someone had put a deposit on the car and it was not available. Of course, he wanted me to look at other inventory. I own my own business and this type of response to customers is not tolerated. A huge disappointment. More

Excellent Customer Service From the minute we entered the dealership we were greeted and asked if we wanted help. The salesperson that helped us was Carlos and he went above and From the minute we entered the dealership we were greeted and asked if we wanted help. The salesperson that helped us was Carlos and he went above and beyond to provide us with all the information we asked for in regards to the Lexus SUVs. He sat us down and provided us with pricing and details for a lease vs. a finance. We left the dealership that day feeling extremely satisfied with the service we received. After a week of serious consideration, we returned to the dealership ready to test drive the vehicle and start the finance process. During this process Carlos has us sit with James, to go over the prices and other details. One thing that stood out was both gentlemen attempting to find the vehicle we wanted in the exterior and interior color we wanted. They searched on the computer all the available car combinations and was even patient enough to show us the color options on the cars in the showroom and outside the dealership. They could not have been nicer answering all questions with no problem. After all of this unfortunately, we ended up not being able to afford the Lexus based on our terrible credit. I appreciated the help of the team to get the price down, but they could only do so much and we understood. They were very professional and extremely helpful through the whole process and I’m disappointed that we will not be purchasing a Lexus at this time. We ended up getting a different vehicle with another company based solely on it fell more in our budget because believe me you the customer service was nowhere near the exceptional customer service experience we had at Lexus Brooklyn. During this time we will be working to build our credit and revisit Lexus as our first choice. When this lease is up we can’t wait to return to Lexus and attempt to finance a car possibly two by that time with them. We will be recommending this dealership to anyone searching for a vehicle. I got there on time and asked to see the person (Deven Furlong) I was told was gonna assist me. To my surprise the guy (John Tymoshenko) sitting at the front desk told me that Deven wasn't available and Carlos Lopez will fill in. I was never given that promised test drive. All Carlos did was treat me with disrespect and told me to go test drive the vehicle elsewhere. This is not how you treat people in my opinion. Shame on you Bay Ridge Lexus. More
