I brought in my new car less then 3800 miles covered under warranty. The first tech claim to have fixed the problem after 3 hours and sent me home with the same issue. When I arrived home I discovered he had not done anything. I immediately had to return for the same issue. Once there I was told they would replace the defective part and instructed to drop off my vehicle the following day for the repair. They keep my vehicle for 2 full days and had not touched it.
