Have been dealing with Carlos Guzman for 10 years. Bought 2 Mazdas from Jeff Haas in 2012. Carlos has always handled my service needs and alerted me when any issue needed to be addressed. Had an accident this week and he steered back to Best Collision. Helped me out on a few things to be aware of…I can run thinking or ideas past him and get good advise that I trust! Just appreciate him so much…he looks after me and you just don’t seem to get that personal touch nowadays. You do at Jeff Haas Mazda-especially with Carlos Guzman. The Best Mazda Place In Town Jeff Haas Mazda is, by far, the best Mazda dealership in, and around Houston. We purchased a new Mazda6 in 2012 and we are still delighted with our M Jeff Haas Mazda is, by far, the best Mazda dealership in, and around Houston. We purchased a new Mazda6 in 2012 and we are still delighted with our Mazda (thank you Charles Silmon)! The Jeff Haas service department is the ONLY place we allow to work on our car as well as keeping up on the maintenance for it. We have went through Carlos Guzman a few times and he can make any dealership proud to have him as an employee! However, Allan Hempel has been our go to guy for anything and everything we need done every time we bring in our car for maintenance/repair. We have about 150,000 miles on it and we have not had very many issues with it, however we never have to be concerned with having the car give us any difficulty because Allan has be absolutely fantastic and be proactive in having the car checked out each time we bring it in to him. He has always caught any issues before they became issues and I could not be more pleased to work with him at any time. I truly enjoy myself when I bring the car in talking and joking with Allan which he has been able to do without sacrificing any of his work ethics. I could not find a more caring service representative than he! Thank you Allan!!! More

Everything from the coffee stand to the courtesy shuttle service is superior to other car dealerships I've experienced, and the pricing is very reasonable. More
