I brought my car in for what was manufacturer defect and was basically hosed. They said the USB ports put in were fixed, but they explained as a ake my van to a local mechanic that they weren't. I was going to buy a new van from them this year, but they'll never see me again. I love the car and will go to another dealer this year to purchase it. More
