Comfortable purchase I met Alex as I entered the dealership. I was impressed with his casual demeanor. He was never at a loss for words. I guess I would say he has “the gift of gab” in a good way. Never an awkward moment while we chatted about the vehicles Honda offers. I should mention that we were together for about four or five hours! With excellent communication skills, Alex was able to explain all the aspects of the car and the purchasing process. The finance person, Carlos, was very pleasant to work with as well. I didn’t have to spend much time in his office because a lot of the paper wrk was done behind the scene.
