RPM’s surge when taking off ramp and applying brake Transmission is not shifting starting from stop unless you put the accelerator to the floor, then it shifts hard through 1/2 the gears Bu brake Transmission is not shifting starting from stop unless you put the accelerator to the floor, then it shifts hard through 1/2 the gears Burning smell inside car from transmission shifting Transmission shifts hard from P to R Transmission hunts for gears, skips from 2 to 5, down shifting doesn’t shift down enough to keep speed. Collision warning on dash comes on without vehicles in front Stereo intermittently not working, sound cuts off, screen jumps Steering is unpredictable with the Intelligent 4WD, steering through Reno spaghetti bowl 4WD to RWD the car oversteers Drivers seat does not stay in last position, have to keep repositioning Body Control Module keeps clicking in and away from car Auto Hold System Fault Cross traffic alert rear with no traffic there This dealership has the worst decision makers I’ve seen, Kamala Harris could run a better dealership. I was sold a lemon and am out $35,000. When I went in to have them buy back my vehicle the ‘bosses’ giggled like teenage girls at a Tay Tay concert for 30 minutes while I sat. The could have easily put me into a REAL WORKING vehicle but instead of waiting for them to lie like they did in selling me this supposedly CPO vehicle I left and contacted Ford Corporation immediately, I hope they close this Jones West drug den. Go to Carson City, they won’t F$&k You! More

The sales mangers make you wait so you will go away and just suck up the loss. I waited for 30 minutes while they circle jerked each other and the never did anything to get me into a REAL WORKING VEHICLE! I left and contacted Ford Corporation immediately, hopefully they will put this dealership under review and fire the Jones West drug dealers that were left behind. Go to Carson City to purchase a vehicle, they won’t F$&k You! More

We took our Ford Edge in for scheduled service, and they did nt have it ready when stated. We paid for ALL the service protection to take care of our investment, and when we picked it up there was a questio did nt have it ready when stated. We paid for ALL the service protection to take care of our investment, and when we picked it up there was a question as to if all the stuff they were supose to do, was in fact done. I waited and waited to speak to the tech. that was supose to do the work, then finally he availed himself. We spoke with our service rep. and the tech stated that he did it, then that he didn't, finally told us a reason he did not perform the work. I left feeling very inscure as to the quality of ALL the service, and had to wonder what to believe they did and did not do. I do not feel all warm and fuzzy, that they are there to take care of our vehicle, our investment, and give us what we allready paid for upfrount. The next day I went to an auto shop and bought a windshield wiper blade for our front window, that I had them to check/look at. I then later called the service Mgr. to discuss our issues, and he never returned my call at all.. poor, poor, poor... Jim H More
