I was sold a lemon and am out $35,000. When I went in to have them buy back my vehicle the ‘bosses’ giggled like teenage girls at a Tay Tay concert for 30 minutes while I sat. The could have easily put me into a REAL WORKING vehicle but instead of waiting for them to lie like they did in selling me this supposedly CPO vehicle I left and contacted Ford Corporation immediately, I hope they close this Jones West drug den. Go to Carson City, they won’t F$&k You! More

I left and contacted Ford Corporation immediately, hopefully they will put this dealership under review and fire the Jones West drug dealers that were left behind. Go to Carson City to purchase a vehicle, they won’t F$&k You! More
