Purchased truck 3 months ago. I have taken it to service dept now three times. First time was taken care of. Now second it was taken for a power trans issue, picked up after almos I have taken it to service dept now three times. First time was taken care of. Now second it was taken for a power trans issue, picked up after almost three weeks only to have to drive all the way back to the dealership because there was a scraping noise underneath the truck, after keeping it over night they are unable to diagnose because they can’t recreate the sound/issue. Carlos, my advisor told me I would need to be more clear with how or when it happens when I clearly have explained that I cannot pinpoint when it happens. To top it off when they take the truck back I’m asked to leave gas money or go put gas for them to test drive it. Very unprofessional and inconvenient to me, this service dept has made me feel like I enjoy driving over 30 minutes for them to take a look at my vehicle. I will not recommend this dealership simply because of the service department. No help and now I have to drive my truck until it leaves me on the side of the road! More
