NEVER buy any car in this shop! ! I drove 7 hours from Georgia to this store in early July to buy a used car. When I paid, I was unexpectedly informed that I would need to pay tax ! I drove 7 hours from Georgia to this store in early July to buy a used car. When I paid, I was unexpectedly informed that I would need to pay taxes in BOTH states, raising the cost well above our initial agreement (but then I asked about it online and everyone told me I only need to pay my state tax). Despite this, I moved forward with the purchase and was issued only a temporary Florida license plate and registration, valid for one month, and promised that other documents such as an official license plate /title/contract would be sent to me within one month. Now, OVER TWO MONTHS later, I have received NONE of these critical documents. The temporary plate has EXPIRED, leaving me unable to use the car I fully paid for. Despite reaching out nearly 50 TIMES to resolve these issues, my inquiries have been mostly IGNORED or met with empty promises. Calls made to the sales department were transferred to the finance team, where no one ever picked up my call. Furthermore, I have been unable to contact Karl Morales, the finance manager overseeing my case. He disappointed me greatly. As a member of a minority group and a student, when staff heard my Asian name over the phone—often leading to being transferred hastily, interrupted, or outright ignored, and when the matter never moved forward, I felt that I was DISCRIMINATED against, and they bullied me as an inexperienced student. I felt painful because I had been worried about this thing for more than a month and did not sleep well, I think I suffered a serious PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAUMA! I have never given a bad review to any store, because I respect every business. However, the severe lack of professionalism and accountability I have experienced with this dealership has compelled me to raise this issue publicly. I hope this bad review can arouse their attention and help me deal with this matter ASAP. More
