Everyone was good selling me a car until it was time to deliver the vehicle. I've been calling a week later to pick up the vehicle, and could not get an answer.i was then transfered multiple times ,then f deliver the vehicle. I've been calling a week later to pick up the vehicle, and could not get an answer.i was then transfered multiple times ,then finally no one picking up the phone. I drove to the the dealership to find out the car was ready. All they had to do is give it a wash. I spoke with Carlos my sales rep. Who is always helpful and understanding. Well the experience didn't get off on a good foot when I dealt with one of your lower level sales guys. Once the manager got involved and was candid and clear, we got down to business in terms of discussing dealt with one of your lower level sales guys. Once the manager got involved and was candid and clear, we got down to business in terms of discussing a price and finalizing a deal. The manager was a professional and he saved the sale for the dealership to be honest. The finance guy was great, very knowledgeable. One of the guys who was there repeatedly told me the car took regular gas which I found out is not true. They also filled the car up half way when they gave it to me out of detailing, also a weird approach. Finally I am still waiting for my trade to be paid off, and I likely will contact the dealership if it lingers much longer as an issue. More
