The dealership was clean and the plentiful staff was polite and welcoming. There was a slight delay in closing due to more sales than closers. Prior to the sale, they were very attentive about replying to calls and emails, but after the sale, there were NO replies to my 15+ voicemails and several emails. I was trying to contact them about not receiving Bill of Sale or copies of other documents that I had signed. I bought the car on Feb 15th and paid cash, but today is Feb 28th (13 days) later, and I still have not received the Bill of Sale or copies of documents. I am not sure that it could be fraud or a scam, but I guess that I am going to have to hire an attorney to find out since they won't answer my calls/emails. I am getting close to 80, and have bought many ...

Everyone was good selling me a car until it was time to deliver the vehicle. I've been calling a week later to pick up the vehicle, and could not get an answer.i was then transfered multiple times ,then f deliver the vehicle. I drove to the the dealership to find out the car was ready. All they had to do is give it a wash. I spoke with Carlos my sales rep. Who is always helpful and understanding.
