-Bad follow-up and a terrible problem solver. -Fooled me once with a $500 repair that didn't address the car issues in full. - 24 hrs later, the check engine came back, blocking the remote sta -Fooled me once with a $500 repair that didn't address the car issues in full. - 24 hrs later, the check engine came back, blocking the remote start. -After a 2nd visit, he offered just a faulty switch replacement for the hood via phone, even though the fault code (P041) was related to the initial problem. I refused. -After a few days of back and forth, he came back to me with a $3k+ estimate and no warranty to eliminate the problem. -Again, I refused as I totally lost all trust in the rep. and the service department. -Splitting repairs, forcing people to revisit and pay extra, plus a miserable repair protocol, are the main reasons I would never go back to this dealer. -A technician should drive every vehicle after each repair. If the problem is not solved, instead of deleting faulty codes, a more thorough inspection must be done to find a final solution. -I've lost the money and time thinking that the brand dealer was the most logical solution. I was totally wrong. If you keep focusing on volume instead of quality, this is what happens. -The courtesy ride department and rental company (Enterprise) deserve a 5-star recognition. I have already, Parts discontinued. Bought on eBay and was told they may not work. Parts don't include any things for the Horn which wasn't working when I took it in for diagnostic?
