My lease was up on my Mazda cx9 and my husband told me about Honda universe since I was really adamant about the Honda pilot. We went March 7th 2026. Needless to say she was patient , not aggressive, nor pushy and worked hard to get me where I wanted to be in payments just the overall deal. At the end it all worked out well for me and my husband ! She made us feel comfortable and positive about the purchase and moving forward with it! Thank you Jessica & Carlos for working with us and leading us through it all despite of the bumps in the beginning. I highly recommend Jessica she’s personable and down to earth the experience was great ! More
